Getting Started

Creating an account​

  1. Go to app.lospor.org
  2. Click Register on the login page
  3. Fill in your details:
    • First and last name
    • Professional title (e.g. Dr., Assoc. Prof.)
    • Email address
    • Password (minimum 8 characters, must include uppercase, number, and special character)
    • Country and Institution — institution is optional; Bulgarian NHIF institutions are included
  4. Accept the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Medical Disclaimer (required)
  5. Click Create account

You will receive a verification email with a link (valid for 24 hours). Click it to verify your email address — you can log in as soon as your email is verified. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or request a new link from the login page.

First login — consent screen

On your first login after verification, a consent screen appears summarising what LOSPOR is and is not. You must confirm you understand before proceeding.

Logging in​

Visit app.lospor.org and enter your email and password.

Forgot your password?​

Click Forgot password? on the login page and enter your email. You will receive a reset link (valid for 1 hour) that lets you choose a new password.

First steps​

After logging in you will see the Dashboard. From here you can:

  • View your recorded cases
  • Start a new case using the New case button in the top navigation
  • Access ongoing cases via the Ongoing cases button
  • Open settings via the ⚙ gear icon

Guided tour​

Click the ? button in the top-right corner of any page to launch the guided tour for that section. On the dashboard, the tour explains all the main features. When filling in a form, the tour explains each section.

To see a realistic example of a completed case, click ? → Example case walkthrough — this opens a pre-filled colectomy case and guides you through all four forms.

Language​

LOSPOR is available in English and Bulgarian. To change the language:

  1. Click the ⚙ settings icon
  2. Under UI Options, find Language
  3. Select English or Български

The change takes effect immediately and is remembered for future sessions.
