Settings

Access settings by clicking the ⚙ gear icon in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.

UI Options​

Language​

Switch between English and Bulgarian (Български). The change applies immediately across the entire app.

Theme​

Choose Light or Dark mode. Dark mode is the default. Your preference is saved in your browser and also set as a cookie so the server renders the correct theme on the first load (no flash).

Form layout​

  • Tabs — each section of the intraoperative form is on a separate tab (Overview, Anaesthesia, Chart)
  • Scroll — all sections are on a single scrollable page

Scroll is the default and is recommended for most users.

Timetable layout​

  • Expand — the timetable fills its container and scales to fit
  • Scroll — the timetable scrolls horizontally for wider cases

Scroll is the default.

Monitoring defaults​

  • Standard — ECG, SpO₂, NIBP, EtCO₂ pre-selected
  • Advanced — also pre-selects IBP, BIS, and other extended monitoring

Vitals expanded​

Toggle whether the vital signs entry panel starts expanded or collapsed in the timetable.

Auto-fill vitals​

When enabled, the previous vital signs reading is used as a starting point for the next entry. Useful for stable patients.

Security & Access​

Request Head of Department role​

If you are the head of your anaesthesia department, you can request the HOD role here. Your request is reviewed and approved by a LOSPOR administrator.

The HOD role grants:

  • Visibility of all cases in your institution
  • Ability to assign cases to other members instantly (without their acceptance)

Profile​

Your name, institution, and email are displayed at the top of the settings dropdown. Profile editing is not currently available through the UI — contact your administrator if you need to update your details.
